Unit is loacted 10 minutes away from all Disney's major attractions. It is
a brand new building, VVC-12. Universal Sudios, MGM, and Sea World are just a few minutes
from Resort. We are willing to rent as follows: Last week of July a 2/2, sleep 6 = $1,900,
same week lock off portion, 1/1 - sleep 4 = $600. First week of August--- same conditions
as July. Week of July 3/3,sleep 10 = $2,500. Same conditions for August. Rent two weeks
back to back, get a 5% discount towards regular rent. If you would like to travel on a
diff. week we can do it, just add $125 per week and give as at least 3 week notice. For
the last week of July and/or the first week of August, your choice, two, 2/2 unit, sleep 6
comfortably and two 1/1 with 2 full size beds @
a 5 star resort just 5 minutes away from Disney's major attractions, 8
minutes from SeaWorld, and 10 minutes away from Universal Studios. The
2/2 unit has a large screened porch and a jaccuzi in the master bedroom. In addition, each
bedroom has a 19" color TV/VCR and there is a 35" color TV/VCR in the living rm.
Unit is always available last week of July and first wek of August. If you need to
vacation at any other time, please contact us at 305/649-7798 or 305/541-3781, give us at
least 2/3 weeks notice and we'll do our best to accomodate you. Can't say enough
about this place, we come here every year with our 3 children. Excellent family
enviroment, plenty of night time activities for young, adult, and old. |

This is a beautiful Westgate Villa that is one mile from Walt Disney
World. Master bedroom has a wonderful jacuzzi bath. There is a full kitchen, spacious
living/dining room, screened porch, washer/dryer in unit. There are paddleboats, tennis
courts, bicycles, fishing. I would like to sell my unit because I am alone now and do not
