This is a large fully furnished 1 Bedroom 2 Bath unit of approx 1100 sqft including a full
kitchen. The Condo building was fully refurbished and reopened in early 2000.
Everything is in top shape. The front deck looks out at the Pacific Ocean, while the rear
deck offers views of Kauai's interior rainforest covered mountains. The master bedroom has
a king size bed, color TV, and it's own private bathroom.

The owner association is small and very well managed (less than 200
owners, I think) making coordination very easy and personal. Annual fees are among the
lowest in Hawaii. The units are located in the same complex as Alii Kai 2 (the I.I. photos
have not been updated in a long time), not far from the cliff offering spectular views of
the ocean in front and mountains in back. Offering price is 20-35% lower than timeshare
resellers in Hawaii and, of course, far below developer pricing. |
