Studio: This spacious "artist studio" is a two story, fully equipped house, the bedrooms and
a 1/2 bath are on the second floor 18'x24' the first
floor is 18' x 32' kitchen and studio area, the bath is 6'x 10'.
The house is built on pilings over Jamaica Bay, within an intimate colony of
homes accessible by a 300-foot boardwalk over the tidal marshlands. There is one queen one double and
one single bed. The cost is $950 per week (7 nights) for up to four
guests. A 25% deposit is required to make a reservation. The home may
also be rented on a nightly basis with a three night minimum stay at $170 per night. The weekly
rate for additional guests are $140 per adult and $75 per child. There is
a $300 security required, returned to guest following inspection of home at end of stay. |
