The town is best-known for Colonial Williamsburg, the historic restoration
in its center, within a radius of a few miles are Water Country USA (right next door to
the resort), Busch Gardens. Williamsburg abounds in recreation opportunities: golf,
shopping, fine food and entertainment. In addition to the King's Creek resort's heated
pool, outdoor spa, and tennis courts, nearby Williamsburg has facilities for boating,
canoeing, and miniature golf. Colonial Williamsburg, and historic Jamestown and Yorktown.
Williamsburg also boasts more than 50 restaurants and a multitude of public golf courses,
bike rental shops, health clubs, shopping centers and theaters.
You can rent/exchange one week that either sleeps 4 ($650) or 6 ($800) people for an
annual total of two fully sepeaate weeks apart or back to back, or just one week that can

from the Blue Ridge Parkway. On the farm is Peaks of Otter Winery which makes "Fruit

The rambling 19th-Century farmhouse is furnished as if someone stepped out in the 1930's
or 40's, yet it has all the modern conveniences of home. The farmhouse is completely
furnished to accommodate groups, families, and couples. The home has 5 bedrooms and sleeps
up to 14 guests. Three of the bedrooms each have 2 double beds, one bedroom has 2 bunk
beds (4 beds), and another bedroom has a single bed and a baby bed. The house also has a
living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of porches for sitting. The
fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and
pans. The home also has a washer/dryer, phones, TV's, and a VCR. Linens and towels are
provided. The property has a children's playhouse, barbecue grill, horseshoes, and a
seasonal farm store. It also has creeks for wading, and ponds for fishing. Controlled pets
